On January 12th, Federal Councillor Sommaruga announced that the finalized reform of joint custody law would be postponed for at least one year.
We think – enough is enough!
We don't want any more obstacles placed in our way, or in the way of our children, to maintain our relationship, even after separation and divorce.
Therefore, we are sending the obstacles that are standing in our way straight back to the Federal Parliament.
