21.449 Valais National Councilor Sidney Kamerzin (centre) wants to enshrine in law the direction taken by the Federal Supreme Court in recent years.
The care form of alternating custody should be significantly strengthened.
GeCoBi welcomes this initiative and has informed the two legal commissions (NR + SR) accordingly.
