The Legal Affairs Committee of the Council of States approves PA 21.449.
Valais National Councillor Sidney Kamerzin (the Centre Party) aims to enshrine in law the direction taken by the Federal Supreme Court in recent years with his parliamentary initiative 21.449 . This would significantly strengthen the shared custody model.
GeCoBi welcomes this initiative and has informed the two legal committees (NR + SR) accordingly.
