On August 19, 2020, GeCoBi formed a think tank on the subject of parentage law with the aim of proposing directions for the planned revision. Equality before the law and the welfare of the child are our top priorities.

Following the publication of the report by the Federal Council's expert commission, the GeCoBi working group met again and
developed a position statement in response to the expert report in an addendum.
