On August 19, 2020, GeCoBi formed a think tank on the subject of parentage law with the aim of proposing directions for the planned revision. Equality before the law and the welfare of the child are our top priorities.
The working group drew up a comprehensive paper in numerous meetings.

After the report of the Federal Council's expert commission became known, the GeCoBi working group met again and
worked out a position on the expert report in an addendum.
