Yesterday the National Council's Legal Commission approved two important proposals.
The parliamentary initiative 21.449 by NR Sidney Kamerzin, which calls for the promotion of alternating care, was considered important and urgent by the Commission, which is why further delay should be avoided.
Initiative 24.419 calls for an equalization of parental rights for unmarried fathers.
In the future, they should also receive joint custody as a rule.
The Commission has also clearly accepted this proposal.
